We're all about suspension and we're here to help you!

We live for rebuilding, modifying and setting up all types of suspension for all ATV/UTC applications.  

Fox, Elka, Walker Evans, Ohlins, King and more. We stock wear parts for most popular brands of suspension and we have all the latest tools and equipment to stay at the forefront of suspension technology. We use a CTW suspension dyno and field testing to constantly test, verify and develop the best settings.

Just like your engine, your suspension needs regular servicing to keep it in peak condition and performing the way it should.  Suspension fluids operate in harsh conditions and wear out over time. Its often a case of out of sight, out of mind when it comes to suspension servicing with nothing being done unless they start leaking oil.   Weekend warriors should have their suspension serviced at least once a year-even if the seals aren’t leaking, with racers needing more regular servicing to keep their suspension performing at 100%.

Shock service: 

Shocks are stripped down then cleaned and inspected for wear.  Its at this point we will replace any service related seals and O-rings and advise on any worn parts that need to be replaced or potential modifications/improvements to ensure your shock is performing at 100%.  Shocks are then reassembled by vacuum filling quality fluids and given a fresh nitrogen charge.

*Servicing includes, removing shaft assembly from main body, removing separating piston or bladder, draining fluid, removing piston and valving from shaft, removing seal head from shaft. Linishing/Polishing the shaft. (all bypass Orings are replaced during bypass shock service also)  All seals and O-rings from the parts removed are replaced and the the shock is reassembled with new high temperature shock fluid and gas. (fluid is vacuum filled if possible to remove as much air from the fluid as possible to ensure better high temperature operation/consistancy)  Any leaks/repairs beyond the normal service are quoted based on extra time involved to carry out repair.  If you suspect you have a leak somewhere on the shock please send detailed pics via email so we can inspect further.   

Please pressure clean all loose dirt mud from shocks once removed from the vehicle.

Dirt is the enemy of suspension internals and we take pride in our clean work area and tools.  Dirty shocks make a mess as they’re coming apart so we have to spend alot of time cleaning the workshop.

Dirty Shocks will be charged a cleaning fee of $20 per shock for ATV shocks and $40 per shock for UTV/Offroad shocks .  We classify a dirty shock as a shock that has loose dirt/dried mud on it or has dirt collected around the bump rubber/lower spring seat.

Personalised Suspension Setups:

For improved handling, traction and feel, a personalised setup is the ultimate in suspension performance. Custom setups (correct springs/valving mods to suit your weight, mods and riding/driving style) are a guaranteed improvement for all riders/drivers. You don’t need to be a pro racer to receive the benefit of suspension that is tuned to you. 

Manufacturers will build the machines to suit a wide range of riders/drivers and styles, to do this they must compromise in many areas. By doing a custom setup(correct springs/valving mods etc) to suit you, you’re eliminating those compromises and improving your riding experience. You’ll be able to go faster for longer while being safer. All custom setups include a full service with new wear parts(seals/bushes/fluids) to make sure everything is working 100%.

We change the internals to suit your application and then we select the appropriate spring rates for the application.  

If you're not local to drop your suspension off, we can assist with advising on and/or organising easy ways to get your suspension freighted to us(and back to you) with our freight accounts.
