 The superior designed 8ply filter FCI filter used the intake systems is not a traditional element filter.  It has been used in racing applications all over the world with proven results and when serviced properly has proved to provide superior performance without sacrificing filtration quality.

Tested and proven at the Finke Desert Race, with arguably, the harshest race conditions in the world.

NOTE for YFZ450R:

09-13:  this option is for all 09-13 models and 14+ models that have the AIS system removed.  We have a AIS block off plate that makes the removal easy.  Click here for AIS block off plate

14+: this is for 14+ models that have the AIS system kept in place

We recommend to remove the AIS system for better running.  There is no power difference, but your YFZ450R will run smoother/more consistent down low with it removed. We recommend a Vortex ECU to be used with all versions of the intake and especially when the AIS has been deleted.  The Vortex ECU will give you more power and response as well as better running.

GNCC Kit:

-Replaces OEM airbox and battery mount

-GNCC style intake system for better filter protection (Improved seal where the filter goes through the box)

-Updated design of intake tube for improved seal where the intake sensor mounts

-Relocated starter solenoid for maximum use of space in filter area

 -Fits all years but must have AIS removed and crankcase breather system added (please email if unsure if you're quad has these mods or not)

Notes on pricing:

We understand these prices may be higher than what you might see elsewhere online, unfortunately we cant compete (and cant price match) with US sellers selling below retail and offering reduced rate shipping.  Freight is the killer on these because of the size of the boxes and theres no way to break them down into a smaller size to reduce costs.
