Please note that "in person" drop-off/pickups and job discussions are by appointment only.

Please email ahead to schedule a time if you wish to discuss in person.    We love discussing jobs and parts with our customers, but need to work around getting the jobs we have here done in workshop 

We are a small team with our time during the workday being used to get workshop jobs completed and orders ready for shipping.

Workshop job updates and order updates will generally be communicated through email as its more efficient for us to keep track of (we have many jobs in progress waiting on parts etc) and replies may be outside of business hours so its not interrupting the work day.  
As much as we try to do more, we have limited time during the day to get to technical questions and job update/enquiries on the phone.
We love our customers and could easily spend all day on the phone answering questions, but if we’re on the phone it means the jobs aren't getting done.
